As we rear our festive birds for quality rather than quantity, order yours now to avoid disappointment. All our weights are for oven-ready birds. Turkeys and geese include giblets for your own delicious gravy. Full cooking instructions are provided with your bird.

Due to increased feed and energy costs we have taken the difficult decision not to raise geese and guinea fowl this year. However, we intend to have them fully back in stock in 2024!
